Why in the world would anybody in their right mind want socialism? Socialism doesn’t work. Read about China and socialism. Read about Russian and socialism.
And now for Capitalism. Capitalism is based on lies and corruption. We should have read the handwriting on the wall when Jesus turned over the tables of the moneychangers in the temple. Capitalism didn’t work then and it doesn’t work now. So what does work? It’s simple, what works is the opposite evil. Take evil out of the equation and capitalism and socialism both would work.
China
Around the 1911 Revolution, socialist thought was introduced into China from the West and Japan. The Chinese Communist Party came to power in China in 1949 after a long and bloody civil war between communists and nationalists. After Mao Zedong seized power, his policies and political purges directly or indirectly caused the deaths of tens of millions of people. Mao considered violence to be necessary in order to achieve an ideal society that would be derived from Marxism and as a result he planned and executed violence on a grand scale.
Russia

But if I were asked today to formulate as concisely as possible the main cause of the ruinous revolution that swallowed up some 60 million of our people, I could not put it more accurately than to repeat: “Men have forgotten God; that’s why all this has happened.” Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn
